I’m gonna need more than five stars. I had a major destructive weather event back in the Spring (2025) that did massive roof damage to a home that I own in Eastern NC. I set out to locate a capable, professional company that not only did the best work, but had amazing reputation and reviews. I ruled out many roofing companies before being referred to Red Letter Roofing. I immediately spoke to Steve, in the “front office,” on the phone. At this point, I was anxious and worried about the process, having never had a claim filed for anything. Steve went out of his way to explain and provide assurance for the process. I immediately decided to work with them and was connected to project manager, Matt B. This entire event, in the beginning, had many stressful “moving parts,” NONE of which were caused by Red Letter Roofing. Matt was very patient and communicative with me through the entire, lengthy process. He would go out of his way to call or message me, often. He was understanding and went above and beyond the scope of his position to provide the best service I could have asked for. Red Letter Roofing, from the first day, were very professional, fair and impressive. Great communication, fantastic work and a perfect finished product. I own a business in Raleigh and consider myself to be a professional in customer service. I’ll speak highly of, and refer to Red Letter Roofing whenever a client gives me an opportunity.
