The Red Letter, Vol 4
As we enter the most wonderful season of the year, it’s a great time to refocus. While decorating, giving gifts, and spending time with friends and family are very important, the central meaning of Christmas will always be love – the love of a Father who desired a relationship with his wayward children, the love of a young virgin, who expectantly waited for her savior’s arrival, and the love we show when we care for others as ourselves.
Love can take many forms. It can be a hug when you are feeling alone. It can be a kind word at just the right moment. Love can be shared laughter or just being present for another person. Love can be gifts, quality time, or even Nana’s homemade meatballs, painstakingly rolled by hand. The all-time greatest example of love was a small baby sent to right our relationship with our Creator.
One small way we, at Red Letter Roofing, show love is through our “Give to the Giver” program. Each year, we ask you to nominate someone who shows love to others and also could benefit from a new roof. We partner with Certainteed to gift one person or family with a new roof free of charge.
If you know someone who blesses others and could use a blessing, please visit our website (https://redletterroofing.com/give-to-the-giver/). Tell us their story. Nominations are due by December 25, 2024.
May you and your family feel the warmth of God’s love! Merry Christmas!
Best,
Shannon Burns
